Since MJ is too busy “publishing books” right now, I’ve been tasked with this announcement. And, I don’t really know what to say about it. So I’mma just say it outright. Grace, Jean-Paul, and I are going to be headlining a very special event. One that you ain’t gonna wanna miss.
Well, maybe headlining is a little strong. But we’ll be there for damn sure!
Oh yeah, Brooke’ll be there too. As you can imagine, she wouldn’t miss this for nothin’. And by God the two of them gals are about to drive me crazy with all the dern questions.
“It says bands and food trucks on the flyer. Who are the bands, Hank? What food trucks?”
“Do you have a miniature rockin’ chair for the book table?”
“We’re going to need a table cloth. Do you have any canvas painting tarps?”
“I like that crate, we’ll just need to stain it and rough it up a little bit first.”
“Do you have chairs? The email says the booth is 6x6, how big is the table?”
“No outlets! Why did you reply no outlets at our booth was okay? How will we charge our phones?”
Jean-Paul, is no help.
Y’all believe me, that’s not even the half of it! I’m giving you a helluva break here. Seriously, I don’t know how much more I can take. If this thing don’t just come on, I’mma need to take a load out west here pretty quickly…
Heck, we still got a couple weeks. As a matter of fact, I think I’ll check the Loadboard after I send this draft on over to MJ. He can deal with these gals until I get back.
I did do a little recon y’day, and have a few of those answers. But I don’t think I’ll tell’em. I will let y’all in on it though. 😉

Anyway, come see us if y’all are within a couple hundred miles of Tifton, Georgia. MJ’s got me and him a readin’ lined up between band sets. And there’s hardly any telling what we’ll stir up on that day. The last event Brooke and I attended with Grace ended up as a book. Oops, did I just spill another secret? Well, if so MJ can edit it out.
Beau, checking in. I'm on assignment in the South. Of Europe. Doing recon for some new office space. So I will miss the south Georgia swarm. But don't you. Miss it. Hank, Grace and JP in one place - damn near a Beatles reunion!
